The apartment has recently been refurbished to reflect the pleasant atmosphere of its surrounding, and features a master bedroom, large bathroom and inviting living room area.
The apartment is located in the heart of Notting Hill, and can be accessed via the shared doorway on the ground floor. This is a one-bedroom flat that features a regal double bed, a spacious bathroom and a lovely living room area that you can unwind in after a long day seeing the sights of the city. The kitchen has been fully stocked with all necessary amenities so cooking at home should be a breeze. The dining table can comfortably seat four guests, too, so if you decide to host, you can happily accommodate another person or couple. The living room features lots of natural light, and there is even an additional study area that can be used to work from home. The apartment offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The building comes with a communal garden that guests can use; garden’s rules can be found in the flat.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Set amongst the charming neighbourhood of Notting Hill, this flat gives you access to some of the best delights of West London, while not cutting you off from access to central. You can enjoy many eating options, including idyllic brunch and lunch spots, bars, pubs and restaurants. There are also a number of boutique shops in the area, should you want to do some personal shopping.
London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. You’ll have access to central London via the Central line, which runs directly from Notting Hill Gate, as well as further out areas across East and West London via the District line from the same station. There are also many bus routes that run through the area, which can take you to more specific destinations, as well as copious amounts of taxis, Ubers, and even London Boris bikes to give you easy access to wherever you want to go in the city.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
