The apartment has two bedrooms with one bathroom, sleeping up to three guests. The apartment combines a modern touch with an inviting atmosphere, certain to feel like a home away from home. The main bedroom offers a cosy double bed, while the second bedroom offers a dual functionality - serving primarily as a study, with the option of extending the sofa bed to accommodate an extra guest. When you are enjoying your time at the apartment there are multiple options, enjoy the last of warm summer evenings on the private patio, watch some TV on the comfortable sofa after a busy day out, or gather round the dining table for a delicious meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen.
In just 25 minutes on the tube you can be at major tourist attractions such as Buckingham Palace or the London Eye. Located within walking distance of the apartment are a variety of pubs and coffee shops, additionally there is the Tate Britain, showcasing British art from the 1500s to now, and the River Thames which is just a 10 minute walk away.
Within a five minute walk you’ll be at the Pimlico underground station or the nearest bus stop, giving you easy access to the rest of London. Additionally, there is the option of Uber and taxi services.
The apartment comes with a self-check-in, meaning you will be able to access the apartment anytime after 3pm on your day of arrival. Throughout your stay you will have access to the apartment at all times.
The home is currently for sale, due to this there may be property viewings during your stay. Each visit usually lasts for 10 minutes and a complementary, pre-viewing clean will take place the morning of the viewing. Viewings only occur during the week, or on a Saturday before 4pm, and you will always be notified of an upcoming viewing in advance. Please note that agreeing to accommodate viewings is a prerequisite to confirm the booking.

No smoking or parties are allowed. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. We can't wait for you to enjoy the home!
