There is also a dining room which can easily seat up to six guests. There are a total of five bedrooms - one on the lower ground floor featuring an en-suite, one on the first floor and two on the second floor, including a kid’s bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is a separate bedroom in the annex, which also boasts its own reception, kitchen and shower room. All bedrooms maintain a trendy vibe in its selection of decor and stylish yet calming colourways. Additionally, there is another bathroom and shower room in the house, both meticulously and carefully dressed with all necessary amenities and toiletries. To top it off, the home has a quaint rear garden - ideal for warm summer evenings. The home is closest to Denmark Hill stations (Overground and rail stations) so you have easy access to anywhere in London. You’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
