There is also a separate dining area with a large dining table that can comfortably seat six guests. The chic kitchen is equipped with modern amenities and has been redesigned to a high standard. It also has direct access to the private patio. There are a total of three bedrooms, including a kids’ bedroom - all maintain a trendy vibe in its selection of decor and stylish yet calming colourways. Additionally, there is a large bathroom and a separate WC, both meticulously and carefully dressed with all the necessary amenities and toiletries. To top it off, the home has a quaint rear patio - ideal for warm summer evenings. The house has an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down on the patio.

The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings. London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. The property sits closest to Queens Road Peckham station for fast and frequent overground and rail connections into Central London. There are also numerous regular bus routes linking the surrounding area. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.

Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
