Positive: La casa è molto grande, su due piani. Al piano superiore 3 camere indipendenti e due bagni. Al piano terra un bel soggiorno con cucina e tavolo da pranzo. Tutto molto british, anche lo sgabuzzino sotto le scale in perfetto stile Harry Potter. Si accede da una via privata in un complesso di case basse. Ci ritornerei sicuramente. Negative: Nulla

Great location, extra large living room but tight on amenities.
Positive: The location was great, the street was super private, quiet and easily accessible. Negative: The one bathroom shower was not a stall but a free standing shower which is not a problem, however, it sprayed into the toilet area was did not feel sanitary. In addition, there was not any paper products in the kitchen such as paper towels and only a few rolls of toilet paper. The host indicated that if I purchased more toilet paper they would reimburse me, but it was an inconvenience. I stated the amount of guests in my reservation and there was clearly not enough for our stay. I would also recommend a chain lock or double bolt once you were in the house for extra security. We had no idea how to turn on the TV, nor change the heating/cooling in the home, and we did not know how to turn on the towel heaters. It would have been nice to have a book of "how to use" things in the home including logging into the wifi.

Séjour de 3 jours et 2 nuits dans ce logement . J’avoue que j’avais très peur à l’arnaque mais zéro soucis 🙏 Correspond parfaitement aux photos . Ruelle pavée typique charmante . Système de clés avec application très pratique et efficace . Idéalement situé : accès transport proches ( ceci dit se déplacer dans Londres est facile , tout est axé sur les transports en commun 😅) , supérette pas loin , à 2 pas du hyde park et à côté de l’arrêt Baker street pour les départ au studio Harry Potter . 2 salles de bain sont pratiques quand on est 2 couples avec 2 enfants . Les chambres sont grandes à l’étage et l’espace salon/cuisine est vraiment spacieux (environ 30m2) Les échanges fait avant et pendant ont été super 👍 En petit bémol je dirai : Proposer des dosettes à café pour l’arrivée serait apprécié après le trajet 😜 Et laisser des conseils de lieux ou de choses à faire typiquement londonien pourrait aider les visiteurs 👍 En résumé je conseille bien évidemment ce logement sans problème.

One thing to note for potential guests is that the neighbour downstairs chainsmokes and it makes its way into the flat. If you are sensitive to smoke I would stay elsewhere. This is of course not the host's fault and I'm not sure anything can be done to mitigate it, but as a guest I would want to be aware.

Great mews house for a family stay. Very handy location for both Edgware Road and Paddington Stations. Despite being very close to Edgware Road, the mews is very private and peaceful. The 3x double bedrooms are a good size but there are no single beds so if there are more than two children they will have to share. We enjoyed large combined kitchen / dining / living room and the house was always warm and welcoming during our winter stay. Washing machine and drying racks were also handy as well as fridge, freezer, cooker and dishwasher. There are plenty of local restaurants for dining and takeaway as well as supermarkets. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Slight trouble with smart lock and locating the correct door on arrival but this was quickly sorted by the host. Also, a manual on using the heating/ taps/ location of extra towels/ tea towels, etc. would have been great but otherwise a brilliant stay!

Negative: The process to gain access to the property needs some refinement. The access code wasn’t provided until after check-in time and the additional ID/bond requirements are excessive.

Positive: Spacious bedrooms fit for family of five. Negative: A keyless system. The App function and the door did not sync when we tried to check in. It took us nearly 3 hours to get someone to come and open it. There’s no spare key in the safety lock as it supposed to . It could have been prepared better. Secondly, basic amenity products are essential for first night. We are a family of five. We discovered that there’s only less than a toilet roll from 2 bathrooms. Thirdly, we can smell some cigarette smoke from other properties through the ventilation.

Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: Just horrible. We went as six people, the beds are two small so one of us slept on the couch, we asked for another blanket - took them three days to bring it. They asked us to send them pictures of our passports and pay 250£ or else they wouldn’t give us the check in instructions. Do keep in mind that all of that is 2 days before we arrive and u can’t cancel so we kinda were trapped. The showers were tiny and one of them wasn’t even usable so we all had to use the same one and for six people it isn’t fun to say the least. In conclusion it was absolutely terrible. Terrible facilities, terrible service. If you want to have the slightest of fun on your stay - stay the hell away from that place.

This is a decent place if you have the right expectations. We stayed for three nights with family: 4 adults and 2 kids. It was great to have a big common space where everyone could hang out - big sofa and chairs. The kitchen was well-appointed and there was a nice dining room table. Bedrooms were on the small side but adequate. It's definitely a corporate listing - it was frustrating trying to get a fast response. Would I recommend to friends? Yes, if they weren't that fussy. That said, fussy friends will have to pay a lot more to find high quality space in central London. The good: Great location (quiet side street, less than 10min walk to Paddington or Edgware Road) Great common space Mixed: Expensive, but it is central London The bad: Host wasn't super responsive when the hot water wasn't working Little quality issues: broken stairs, blinds that didn't fit the entire window No AC (usually fine, but it will be unpleasant on hot summer evenings, even with fans

We enjoyed a meal at the Herron nearby and were able to walk to grab groceries each morning at Waitrose. Everything was quite clean. One member of our family has some vision and balance challenges so the stairs and the showers were quite a challenge, but otherwise it was a great spot for us.

Positive: Very quiet place Negative: The address on the reservation is not accurate. It took us 3 hours to find the place at the middle of the night. We asked all the bars near by and nobody knew this place. We also tried to call the host but he didn't answered at first. There is no sign with the name of the place only small door the number 4. We couldn't open the door with the application only when finally reached the host after a long conversation he agreed to open it from his place. We even started to search for a different place to stay at that night. In the apartment there is no shampoo and no soap, one of the stairs to the second floor is broken we almost fell. Also we payed a deposit of 250 pounds, they were supposed to return it after max of 14 days but we needed to remind them and wright to them on the 18th day after our check-out and only then they returned it. Finally we advise to read their terms before because the booking is non refundable and they have very unpleasant requests such as sending a picture of you holding your ID. We are traveling a lot for more than 40 years and never have been asked for such an unpleasant request.

Maya’s place was great in that it was so conveniently located to everything and to the underground. The common spaces were very spacious. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The WiFi worked really well. I would say that if you’re a hot sleeper or a light sleeper, it could be a touch uncomfortable. One of the bedrooms didn’t have any windows that opened and the upstairs was a bit stuffy. The rooms were also bright. Again, we had a great time and would recommend Maya’s place for sure but wanted to be through.

Positive: Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut und ruhig. Die Anbindung zur U-Bahn und zum Busnetz waren sehr gut. Das Negative: Nach dem Check-out wollten wir unser Gepäck bis zum Transfer zum Flughafen noch 3-4 Stunden in einem Gepäckraum bzw. der Wohnung deponieren. Obwohl die Wohnung an unserem Abreisetag nicht unmittelbar weiter vermietet war, wurde uns nur eine kostenpflichtige Option angeboten, die für uns nicht attraktiv war; wir haben unser Gepäck dann am Bahnhof wesentlich günstiger deponiert, was jedoch umständlicher und zeitraubender war. Die kulinarische Vielfalt an Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe war leider sehr eingeschränkt.

Positive: The location is excellent. It is in. quiet mews of well looked after properties. It is only about 10 mins walk from Paddington Station and about 5 mins from Edgeware Rd underground on the Circle line. The property has many good restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk away too. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with cutlery, glasses, plates and dishes and basic cooking pans and utensils. The bathrooms were clean. the main bathroom had a good bath and shower. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the one in the black and white room was OK too. Negative: Just a few minor issues. the blind in the main bedroom is too short. The handle on the wet room door needs reattaching properly. The bed in the room with the jungle wallpaper had loose slats and needs some attention really.

The Paddington Mew apartment was a lovely apartment with a great location. The living room and kitchen space on one level and three bedrooms on the second level made a perfect area for a group of us. It was a very quiet neighborhood in a quaint alley. The very BIG complaint I have is the virtual key did NOT work and it took about 45 minutes to resolve and get inside. Check In was a disaster. I would only recommend this Airbnb if they get the Check In procedure resolved.

Fantastic place for a family to stay
Positive: This was a brilliant property for our family of six to stay in - lots of space (for a central London location), quiet street, easy access to many public transportation options, everything we needed in the kitchen for us to make the simple meals we cooked, well-stocked cleaning supplies, solid wi-fi, super clean, near several grocery chains and pharmacies, and plenty of hot water. Negative: My only complaint is that there was a glitch with the system, so we weren't emailed our door code at the proper time (it arrived two days later). That said, I called the property, and they immediately took care of us, and were incredibly responsive.

There were a few things that need some maintenance e.g. windows and the beds were very small for two people to sleep in though the rooms would not be big enough for any larger beds. Comprehensive instructions though it would have been reassuring to be able to lock the door from the inside given it opens through a smartphone app.

Positive: the property was spacious and clean. would have given an over 8 if it wasn’t for the ridiculous service. Negative: after booking in booking.com, I then had to write why we were staying who etc, then we had to send ID, then that wasn’t good enough and we had to send a puncture of us holding the ID, I understand they need to look after the property in behalf of the owners but this was over excessive. I tried to call a week before our stay to get the address, and they said they couldn’t give me the address until 48 hours. I asked if they knew the address and they said they did but couldn’t share it. I said I needed to plan my trip so needed the address and they refused. this was completely ridiculous. this has put me off booking apartments on booking.com ever again as Airbnb is much simpler. suggest they think more about customer service.

Positive: 1. Location of the house - Walking distance to underground, a lot of shops and eateries nearby 2. Size of the house - Pretty spacious double story house especially the living room. 3. Fully equipped kitchen - Pretty much like our own house 4. Cozy and beautiful surrounding 5. The keys to the house is an app. Pretty cool and convenient. No risk of losing the keys and anybody can go home without having keys. Just need the main person to unlock the door via apps even from miles away. Negative: 1. The floor!!! The 1st day itself, we were scolded by the neighbours downstairs telling us to stop moving so loud and be quiet. Already ruining our mood just few hours arriving London. Honestly, we were just WALKING! I had a 4 year old kid with me and imagine having to tell her 24/7 to tiptoe and not being able to enjoy ourself in our own home. The floor is super thin and atrocious. 2. The management is useless. The direction as to where the heater was, took 2 days to resolve. It was NOT at the place they say it would be. 1st day, kettle cannot be used. I requested replacement kettle and toiletteries topup from day 1, and been following every single day, NO KETTLE AND TOILETTERIES RECEIVED TILL CHECK-OUT! Imagine not having kettle to drink hot water during winter and only having 1 small tube of body wash, shampoo and conditioner throughout 7 nights! Everyday is just “We’re sorry, we are checking right now”.. Apparently everybody is not doing their job properly! 3. Wooden stairs highly need maintenance. Very dangerous. One of us bleed our feet on the way down. Not suitable for kids below 5 years old. 4. Annoying fussy neighbour downstairs.. Imagine going on a holiday and hated the fact that we have to go home after a long day out because we knew the neighbour downstairs will make complain for every footsteps we make in the house. 5. ALL BEDS ARE CURVED and the master bedroom’s bed are actually broken in the middle, hence curve inwards very badly. Gave us really bad backache having to sleep in it for 7 nights. Extremely uncomfortable bed. 6. 2nd bathroom has water retention at the water outlet.

Positive: Location Negative: The check in process was prolonged and excessive, with unexpected charges added at the last minute. There was no mention of the process in emails in advance. No mat in the bath with shower. My daughter slipped and chipped her teeth and cut her lip, requiring dental treatment. This is an elementary safety precaution when the shower is in the bath. The blind in the main bedroom only comes down 2/3 of the way and is pointless.

Hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and dishwasher tablets all provided. Instructions to get the keys were clear and it was very warm when we arrived. It’s very close to local shops to get food for the evening. Plenty of room for 6 of us and the sofa beds were large.

Had a great stay in London this weekend. The house is very conveniently situated - close to food shop and restaurants. The house is lovely though some of the decor is a bit tired (e.g marks and stains on carpet). We appreciated the no-hassle ease of getting the keys. The only downside was that the main ensuite bedroom only had one blind - the other window was bare. The room was overlooked so I had to cobble together a partial curtain made out of towels on a clothes horse. It also meant that light streamed into the room in the morning. I contacted Maya about this and she said that she would send someone to fix it the next day but this did not happen. This was disappointing but on the whole we were happy with the place and would definitely book it again.

Maya and her team were very responsive to our requests especially considering it was the Xmas holiday period. It was just a shame we had so many problems on arrival....showers not working, no linen for bed sofa, etc. The property could be really nice but has been allowed to be run down with threadbare carpets, walls in need of painting, sofa bed in lounge broken, bed mattresses desperately uncomfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed but pots and pans were filthy and dish washer clogged with food and not working well. There were also mice in the living areas which made a meal of Xmas presents around the tree. Overall, a poor experience and not value for money. But given the location and some investment from the owner it could be really good. Recommend bypassing this until properly refurbished and upkeep under control.

The house is large and bright, with enough space for us as a couple, plus three young adults, who each needed their own space. The house was very well cleaned, and everything worked well. Bathrooms seemed to have been recently renovated and were very nice. Only complaint is that the carpets are worn and stained (they are beige, so it's understandable), but it didn't end up being an issue.

There are 3 bedrooms, but 2 only have space for a small double bed and nothing else. There is a table, but it is impossible to sit anybody at as it is against two walls. We had 8 people in apartment, and it was definitely a struggle. In addition, there is no air con so beware in hot weather, apartment gets very hot, although the host has provided fans which help a little. For high price, we were a little disappointed. More suited to a small family of 4 or 5 maximum.

The bathroom basin tap still does not work and has not been fixed from previous complaints ..Very hard when a big group of people only have one hand basin to use when using toilet. TV remote didn't work as needs new batteries . The frying pans are so scratched and unsafe you cannot use them. The kettle is thickly coated with an unknown substance . The towels provided were cheap and awful and unhygienic as was the pillows and linen . There was no sugar or milk which is a basic courtesy . Carpets thread bare stained and dirty. However, when we asked it was provided but still not enough. The place smelt of stale smoke and the floors weren't very clean. One of the towels was also dirty, which we weren't impressed with. This was my first time using Airbnb and was looking for a place in London for myself and 4 family members. Due to it being my first Airbnb experience I had lots of questions and Maya answered them politely and efficiently! We wanted somewhere close to transit and big enough that we weren't tripping over each other. We found that with Maya's place, we arrived on the Heathrow Express and had a very reasonable walk to the apartment. It is located in a very nice mews and was one of our favorite parts about the apartment! We also used the Edgeware Road tube station multiple times a day, which was only about 5 minutes away! The apartment was great for our group, we enjoyed all being able to spread out on the couch and had more than enough room for each of us. Our biggest complaints about the apartment were that the carpets could be replaced as they are quite tattered, the apartment could also use a paint job as we thought it could brighten up the place. We also had an issue with the shower in the wet room as it was close to flooding a few times. However, all in all these were very minimal issues and we were quite happy with the apartment!!

A clean and spacious property at an extremely strategic location. It was properly equipped with all the kitchen utensils, fridges, freezers, microwaves etc. Location was fantastic with so many restaurants nearby, not to mention 10 minutes walk to Paddington Station and 5 minutest walk to the nearest bust stop which will take you directly to the heart of London. What we didn't like was that there was a short set of stairs going to the property which makes it not so friendly for toddlers as we had 2 of them. Also the upstairs common toilet has a clogged drain which we informed the owner twice but no action was taken and also the flush broke after a few days. However we made a mistake of accidentally bringing one set of keys with us but the owner (Maya) was so nice and cool about it and only asked us to courier it back to her which we did.

I feel glad you enjoyed your stay and the property. Regarding the construction of the property is stepped free from the road (no stairs). Of course as it is not a flat but a full house, to go on the top floors you will need to use the internal staircase. Regarding the the toilet issue i' ve been informed from my engineer that needs work to do in order to fix it. I didn't want him to work while you are there as it will not be pleasant. I know many hosts are charging for keys if they are not present upon departure.However i'm very flexible with that as it may happen also to me:) Of course the charge will apply if there is no communication at all with the guest. Some fixtures and fittings could've been updated/fixed e.g. cracked light shade. Although when we informed the host of a problem with the toilet a handyman was sent round to fix the problem. Myself and two colleagues stayed for work and we booked relatively late. Maya was great host communicating really quickly to accommodate us/ Location and accommodation is great - next time I'm in London with friends or with the partner I'll be booking again. 10/10

We didnt get to stay in Paddington as there were issues with a neighbour. Maya was good enough to reorganise Our accomodation and we ended up in a gorgeous mews house in Sth Kennsington exceeded our expectations. Not sure what Maya obligation was to do this reorganisation but we were very greatful as it was very smooth

Bellissima casa a due passi da Paddigton station. L'appartamento è su 2 piani, al piano terra zona living con cucina attrezzatissima. Al piano superiore tre belle camere con 2 bagni. Pulizia nel complesso buona. E' perfetto per 6 persone. Quartiere di Paddigton a due passi dalla stazione e da Edgware road. Un'infinità di ristoranti e locali nei dintorni.

Totalmente recomendable!!!! Volvería otra vez. Trato por parte del propietario y su equipo, perfecto, receptivos a cualquier hora. Casa como en las fotos, barrio precioso, a 2 minutos del metro, y a 5 minutos de Hyde park. Un 10 para esta casa!!!!

You can't beat the location. Near shops and public transport - everything's within walking distance including a laundry mat to dry washing. The mews is quite and the accomodation is not as large as it looks. We found "sleeps 10" to be a bit of a stretch. We loved the canal trip from little Venice to Camden lock a great experience. Can also get off at London zoo. Would highly recommend it for lunch.

Due to being already booked we didn't allocate in this flat but in other proposed by Maya (67A Kensington Gardens). Communication was always very good and Maya and her colleagues helped us in every worry we had. The flat was perfectly located near Bayswater station. Had all the necessary things for us, everything in good working condition. To remark the best thing, a kitchen full of all you need. If I had to say something less positive (but not important enough to change my positive opinion) is that the marks of constant use of the flat were visible and a very light maintenance (some paint and new light bulbs) would be needed to make this flat an amazing place to live.

Due to a double booking we weren't able to stay in this flat, however they gave us a partial refund as an apology and sorted out a replacement nearby within a couple of hours, so our stay was otherwise very good. The second location was also in a lovely area of Bayswater.

My first time in using Airbnb and my first trip to London. The apartment is in a walking distance to Paddington St which is super convenient. Tube, train, Heathrow Express, luggage storage service, convenient store, supermarket, coffee shops, etc are all there. Due to last min changes, we were upgraded to a nearby 4-br apartment and it was great. Highly recommended.

Bad und Küche waren sehr sauber, der Rest der Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand. Wir fühlten uns wohl, auch die Nähe zu zwei U-Bahn-Stationen ist sehr angenehm.

Fantastic location, set in the Paddington Station area North of Hyde Park and within easy reach of Soho, Covent Garden and many other famous places and landmarks. It's a busy area, right next to the Edgeware Road and all the traffic it carries but the mews is an oasis of quiet in the centre of all the hustle and bustle. It is silent! The apartment itself while probably not as pristine as the photo's portray, is clean, tidy and has everything you will need for your stay. There is a Tesco store just across the main road if you need any supplies, a nice little pub just around the corner and a café nearby for breakfast and or coffees. Communication with Maya before and after our visit was excellent. Excellent experience, highly recommended.

Cannot contact host until call and message for half day. Finally contacted but the Host got mix up with other bookings so need to switch me to other apartment. It has 3 floors which makes us to walk around and not spacious as the original booked one. Location is good and just 5 mins walk to Paddington Station and lots of restaurant / shops around.
