Die Wohnung liegt super: um die Ecke vom Oxford Circus und Soho. Man erreicht viel zu Fuß, sodass wir nicht oft öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzten. Es war sehr sauber. Die Küche enthält (bis auf eine Bratpfanne) alles, was man braucht, u. a. Kaffeebereiter (Stempelkanne) sowie einen Grundstock an Tee, Öl etc. Es standen ein Hochstuhl und ein Baby-Reisebett in der Wohnung. Beides benötigte unser 4-Jähriger nicht mehr, aber die Geste war toll. Viele bemängelten die Lautstärke - aber ehrlich: natürlich ist es so zentral nie ganz ruhig. Das hat uns nicht gestört (und soo laut war es nicht). Aber: es ist im Haus extrem hellhörig und wir hatten Pech mit den Urlaubern über uns , die nachts sehr laut waren und uns mehrfach weckten. Für die Hellhörigkeit würde ich einen halben Punkt abziehen. Das Bett ist 1,20 m breit. Wir hatten mit 1,40 m gerechnet. Es war zu eng für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. (Learning für uns: immer nach der Breite fragen.) Für ein Pärchen bzw. mit Baby aber ausreichend!

Our family recently stayed at this Airbnb in London, and while we were initially excited about our visit, the reality fell short of our expectations. The property's description promised accommodations suitable for three, but upon arrival, we discovered that the bedding arrangements were inadequate for our group of two adults and a child. There was no separate duvet for our child, forcing us to uncomfortably share a two-person bed, leading to a restless night for all. Moreover, we were disappointed to find a lack of essentials, such as a missing towel for our child, and cleanliness standards that did not meet our expectations (empty beer tins in cupboard). These oversights not only caused inconvenience but significantly impacted our overall experience. Given these issues, we feel the accommodations did not live up to the Airbnb description. The host was not helpful at all and refused to give us any refund (we asked for a 1/3 refund). Would not book it again.

De plus, l’appartement était sale à notre arrivee (poils, couettes tâchées etc). Ne comptez surtout pas sur le professionnalisme de l’établissement qui n’a absolument aucune considération vis à vis de ses clients et n’a même pas été capable de nous apporter couette draps et oreillers qui n’étaient même pas fournies.

L'hôte a oublié de m'envoyer le digicode de la porte extérieure et le numéro de l' appartement que j' avais réservé. Nous avons donc attendu dans la rue pendant une heure (,une heure de stress) L' hôte m'a parlé d'un mail de bienvenue et consignes que je n' ai jamais reçu. Attention serrure qui s'ouvre avec une application sur smartphone, ce qui n' était pas mentionné dans l'annonce et pas de connexion 4G dans cette rue. Sinon, l' appartement est très bien agencé et très propre. Christine

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Londres. Par contre il y a un gros défaut : l'appartement est très très bruyant, aucune isolation des fenêtres ce qui laisse passer tout le bruit extérieur, impossible de dormir en ce qui me concerne. De plus dans la chambre on entend les voisins du dessus, à chacun de leur pas le miroir de la chambre vibrait contre le mur. Je recommande néanmoins mais uniquement pour les personnes qui ont un sommeil très très lourd.

Positive: Location was excellent. Direct access to Soho and Mayfair, where you can find endless restaurants, pubs, retailers etc. Metro station very close by. Bike rental just below the apartment. Easy in and out in the apartment due to the electronic key. Negative: While we had booked accommodation for three people, only two sets of towels were provided and there was no shampoo or body wash available. We were informed that we had to go and buy one on our own. Missing towel was delivered to us several hours after the request. The mattress on the sofa bed was not good, sleep was not comfortable. We don't recommend renting the apartment for three people, except maybe if the third person is a kid.

Pros: The photos were accurate. The location is great and walkable to many great points of interest. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Cons: lights in living room did not work. I message the host twice and they offered no solution. Didn’t even acknowledge the 2nd message. It was pretty dark in the evenings and made it difficult to enjoy the living room and kitchen area. Also, the Wi-Fi is subpar. Streaming was difficult with lots of buffering and the same for zoom video conferences. The speeds were about 10mbps down and 1.5mbs up. Not ideal if you plan on doing any work with multiple people online at once. These two things didn’t ruin our stay, but it certainly would have been better if we had lighting in the living room as we are used to finding poor Wi-Fi when we travel.

Needs renovation and poor communication process
Positive: No comment Negative: Property needs a good overhaul, getting in process was difficult and they make you send all IDs on the day, but they sent me 5 different emails rather than just one with everything that they need to check you in, didn’t get into the property until 4pm because of the back and forth emails. Wouldn’t stay here again! Then they also didn’t send the security deposit back until I noticed it hasn’t come back and have only just received it now.

Positive: Separate living and bedrooms and modernised bathroom. It's really a small flat, with well equipped kitchen. The door key app was great and easy to use (but make sure your phone is charged). Location is fantastic, close to tube station and main shopping streets and tourist spots. Negative: Entrance and stairway are very dirty and need painting, which is not a great welcome.

Positive: Die Lage war ganz gut. Man war inmitten von der reicheren Umgebung. Die Straße war sehr schön und die Busse und U bahn sind relativ nahe. Negative: Das 3. “Bett” ist ein Schlafsofa. Ea war nicht fertig also mussten wir es erst bei der Ankunft selber her richten. Man liegt wenn man das Sofa auszieht quasi am boden. 1 teil von den 3 ist fest, also liegt man mit dem Oberkörper am festen Teil und sonst am weichen. Muss man selber schauen wie man liegt, dass wa bequem ist.

Thr apartment was clean but not very homey. The couch was uncomfortable and the bedroom dresser drawers were damaged. The bedroom is oddly shaped and hard to exit on one side. The kitchen has everything to cook and eat with. Many awkward, steep stairs, so don't recommend for anyone that has leg or balance issues. The place was impeccably clean. The road was surprisingly busy and we heard a lot of thru traffic. The location is excellent. Close to both high and moderate priced shopping, tube and parks and walkable to a lot of sights. Overall, excellent value for money. Wish it had a less corporate feel.

Positive: de locatie is erg goed, binnen enkele minuten zit je bij de underground. goed centraal gelegen. Appartement was netjes schoon. Negative: De slaapbank is meer een soort uitklapbaar matras. bovenkant is hout. hier is dus niet goed op te slapen. Voor de bedbank was ook geen linnen aanwezig. Wij waren met 3 personen en dat past niet allemaal in een 140 breed bed. Het inchecken ging moeizaam. op het laatste moment moest er via de mail nog allerlei informatie worden toegestuurd naar staybeyond. pas na het overmaken van een borg kregen we het adres en een digitale sleutel.

Positive: Perfect location Negative: Customer service to confirm the booking coming from the host (no booking.com related) A 250£ deposit is required (still dont know how long is gonna take to have it back) and they ask a lot of questions about age and nationalities (totally irrelevant for a booking). The process was way too complicated and long, I had to reply so many messages. Also, the sofa bed is so uncomfortable both as a sofa and as a bed, the cheapest ikea one.

Positive: perfectly fine property Negative: Dreadful company that operates the property. There were no towels or soap when I arrived ie no means to shower properly. I rang and told them at about 4pm and then went out. They assured me they would deliver towels. They did not but continued to insist that they did (ie accusing me of lying). I pointed out that was a breach of contract and they have done nothing to recompense the inconvenience. For £250 a night I expect to be able to have a shower in the morning. Third world stuff

Not only the busy traffic caused the noise, but also a bluster of loud music from the street from time to time. Finally I managed to fall in sleep at midnight, but shortly be awaken up by bong of clock in church nearby！frustrating! When we can't find duvet for sofa bed at night, we tried to contact the staff. Positive: location was great Negative: needs significant maintenance to the entry, stairwell and numerous small items in the apartment. bedroom too small for luggage. no soap in bathroom for which the managers apologised but no remedy was forthcoming. Not as clean as previous stays so won’t stay here again. took 3 weeks to get damage deposit back which wasn’t initiated until over 2 weeks had passed and only after 2 reminders.

Positive: Location is excellent, easily accessible and close to great shopping Negative: Entrance to the property is now very grubby, stairwell is very dirty and the cleaners equipment was falling out of the cupboard near the front door. Bedroom is too small to have luggage in it so need to have that in the living room. Ceiling water damage not repaired from previous visit, light switches need maintenance, bathroom fittings loose. Had to chase up return of the security deposit after 3 weeks.

Eén nachtje weg voor werk, tussen de afspraken door veel lopen en genieten van de omgeving.
Positive: Absoluut perfecte locatie in een mooi deel van Londen. Om de hoek van Savile Row en op minuten loopafstand van Soho. Appartement is erg leuk ingericht en voelt als iets waar je graag wil wonen. Televisie had zelfs Netflix (dus ook als je zelf geen account hebt). Negative: Slaapkamerraam had iets beter mogen sluiten, kwam nu redelijk wat straatgeluid binnen. Gelukkig was het geen heel drukke straat.

Positive: No comment Negative: Booking a night night stay on booking.com has always been easy not if you book here I had over 12 emails during the 2 week period from booking to arriving had to upload a questionnaire, a driving licence, download an app and pay a £250 deposit all for a bed for the night The keys then would not work so the lock had to be changed The deposit is held for 2 weeks after check out even though it is clear within 24 hrs there is no damage The apt. was fine however needs double glazing the noise from the street was all night and very early in the morning

This happened several times. I was late for my meeting because of this delay It then took a few attempts to actually get in with assistance and new codes - given twice !!! ( the flat above had same problem and was even double booked !!! ) Then to top it off - the same drama when I got in at night - leaving me alone at night LOCKED OUT !!! Room was good but the service and entry are diabolical !! Staff said system was playing up that’s why we was cut off ...When I did complain I was pretty much ignored by stay trendy and booking .com ... neither bothered or gave a care about this bad experience ...and I use booking.com often !!! ...
