Fantastico. Dovessi ritornare a Londra, prenoterei subito.
Positive: La struttura è in una posizione centrale sia per la metro ( 50 metri ) sia per la fermata dell’autobus. Ci sono supermercati e negozi di ogni necessità. L’appartamento è grande e spazioso e presenta ogni confort. Negative: Il sistema per poter entrare non è semplice. Per aprire le porte, se privi di connessione, diventa un problema perché bisogna utilizzare l’applicazione. E c’è un odore sgradevole nel vialetto che conduce all’appartamento. Il divano letto non è come nella foto e non è comodo per una persona adulta.

A acomodação é maravilhosa, recém reformada, tudo muito novo e bem conservado. A localização é excelente, próxima a boas estações de metrô e em uma avenida que passa muitos ônibus e táxis. Único ponto de reclamação é quanto ao acesso ao apartamento, fica na rua lateral e um pouco escondida. O corredor de acesso é um pouco confuso e tinha um cheiro muito forte. Foi mencionado em outros comentários e já fomos consciente, porém tem muitas escadas, mais do que imaginávamos.

L’appartamento è stato abbastanza facile da trovare, dopo aver aperto la porta per la prima volta è molto semplice. Il problema principale è stato la presenza di due rampe di scale per arrivare all’appartamento e di una terza per arrivare alla seconda camera da letto. Il posto è in generale abbastanza accogliente e l’unico problema che ho riscontrato è stato il piumone per il divano letto molto sporco. Per il resto tornerei sicuramente in questo posto ma solo per poter dormire nel letto normale.

Bara läget var egentligen riktigt bra
Positive: Att lägenheten ligger centralt, nära att ta sig till många olika ställen som man vill se som turist. Fräsh och överlag fin lägenhet. Sängarna (obs* inte bäddsoffan) var sköna att sova i. Negative: - Att det var svårt att hitta ingången till lägenheten och att StayBeyond inte hade beskrivit det tydligare hur man skulle hitta. - Inte heller gett oss ordentliga instruktioner kring kodsystemet för att öppna porten och ytterdörren. - Att lägenheten var så nyrenoverad att det fortfarande luktade skarpt av målarfärg i hela nedanvåningen (av lägenheten som är två våningar). Målarna hade dessutom spillt vit målarfärg lite överallt så det gav ett väldigt slarvigt och trist intryck. - Att det inte var den soffan när vi kom dit som är på bilden via Booking.com. Bäddsoffan i det kombinerade köket/vardagsrummet var mycket mycket mindre! Den var så kort att min svägerska som skulle sova där och som är rätt kort, bara 157 cm lång, fick ligga med fötterna utanför för att soffan var så kort!!!! Det var inte acceptabelt! Att lägenheten skulle inrymma 6 sängplatser som det stod på Booking.com stämmer alltså inte i verkligheten! - Att de inte hade lämnat handdukar till 5 personer trots att vi hade bokat för 5 pers!. Vi fick ringa och klaga, då kom städteamet dit sen och levererade fler handdukar. - Att de inte hade lämnat sänglakan framme för att kunna bädda bäddsoffan. Vi fick leta igenom ALLA skåp och lådor innan vi tillslut hittade undangömt i en byrålåda. - Att det inte stod tydligare information om att lägenheten hade en lång trappa utan hiss för att komma in. Svägerskan har vissa problem med att gå och det var inte optimalt för henne men inget som jag hade sett el läst när jag bokade lägenheten. Det borde ha stått tydligare någonstans!

Som helhet var detta ett mycket bra boende.
Positive: Läget var jättebra, nära till tunnelbana. Stort utrymme, generöst kök, fina badrum och helt okej sängar. Jag älskade att det var så generösa utrymmen och att det fanns två badrum. Köket var också mycket bra med köksmaskiner av god kvalitet. Negative: Golven var knappast dammsugna. Men alla övriga ytor var rena och det var inte ingrott smutsigt, det vill säga, kanske vi bara hade otur att städteamet just före vår vistelse inte gjorde sitt jobb. Det saknades lite porslin. En kökslucka satt inte fast ordentligt.

Le logement est idéal pour 4 personnes! il est spacieux et les chambres sont très confortables. pour 6, c est plus compliqué car le canapé lit est très petit...nous n avions des draps que pour 4 personnes à l arrivée, l équipe de nettoyage nous en a déposés le lendemain.. Trouver l appartement est compliqué et y accéder avec le système des clefs numériques vraiment très difficile..nous avons mis une demi heure pour réussir ! Heureusement, l hôtesse est très réactif par mail et a pu un peu plus nous guider. L appartement est idéalement situé, les bus sont au pied de l immeuble et le métro en face, c est génial ! Malgré le départ un peu compliqué, nous avons passé un très bon moment et avons apprécié le logement.

Positive: Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung war top. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ausreichend Schränke für viele Sachen ist vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft war gut und auch Reinigungsmittel ( Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs, Staubsauger) waren vorhanden. Negative: Das Türöffnungssystem ist ganz schön umständlich sowie ein Hinweis zu einer dritten Tür welche mit einem Türcode geöffnet werden muss wäre hilfreich gewesen. Wir waren 5 Personen und das Sofa in der Küche eignet sich nicht zu Schlafen. Viel zu klein und unbequem. Das Foto des Sofas auf der Booking Seite ist nicht identisch und hat falsche Erwartungen erzeugt. Es fehlten Geschirrhandtücher oder ein Hinweis, das man welche mitbringen sollte. Die Badezimmer sehen super aus,nur leider ist das Duscherlebnis ernüchternd. Der Wasserdruck ist sehr wenig bis kaum da.

Positive: Beliggenheden var helt perfekt, gåafstand til både Hyde Park, Oxford st. Buckingham Palace etc. Badeværelser og køkken var super. Negative: Lejligheden stod beskrevet til at kunne rumme 6 personer. 2 værelser med dobbeltseng og en sovesofa. Sovesofaen var slet ikke den som på billedet og den laveste af os kunne ikke ligge udstrakt på sofaen. Samtidig var den på ingen måde komfortabel. Man lå i revnen og der kunne på ingen måde ligge 2 personer på den. Vi havde booket lejligheden til 5 personer og der var kun håndklæder til 3 personer. Der stod at der var lydisoleret, men vi kunne høre alt, også fra nabolejlighederne. Lejlighedens intercom system var lavet, så vi kunne høre når naboerne kom hjem og gik. Så bippede vores intercom anlæg.

Positive: Reasonable price for location, handy for tube and amenities Negative: 5 adults were booked but the sofa bed wasn’t set up for a 5th person, no duvet covers, fitted sheets or enough towels for 5 guests provided, a duvet was in the cupboard but was stained so didn’t feel comfortable using it so used my coat as a duvet instead and maintenance staff failed to provide bedding (the attempted to do so at 10:30pm when we were at a concert) then didn’t try to attempt again. A lot of surface dust in property. Locking system complicated at first but easy when you know how. A lot of information required by staybeyond for a UK booking and if you are travelling in a group this is quite a hassle. £250 deposit refund had to be chased. Not enough crockery/glasses for 5 people.

Positive: Clean, located close to railway station, comfortable beds. The apartment was warm - given we were there in November- this was a good thing. Nice kitchen. Negative: On the first day the plug in one of the bathrooms was stuck - so we couldn’t use that bathroom sink. We messaged the property contact who asked for authority to enter the property to fix it - we said yes. We stayed at the property for 5 nights and it was never fixed. It was a little a little noisy but we slept through it. There are some restaurants but not a large variety. Don’t let the title ‘soho apartments’ fool you - they are a long way from Soho.

Positive: La superficie Negative: Une fenêtre impossible à fermer et qui donnait sur de nombreuses terrasses au 1er etage (tres facile d acces) et donc 4jours et 3 nuits dans un appartement non sécurisé. Sachant qu'à notre arrivée nous avons été questionnees par la police qui était devant l entree de l immeuble suite à des problèmes de vagabons dans la rue. Le service clientèle de l appartement inexistant. Nous avons du faire 3 réclamations pour avoir un technicien le dernier soir qui c est déplacé pour faire un nœud autour de la poignée de la fenêtre qui ne fermait pas car il ne trouvait pas de solution. Le canapé lit non identique à la photo et beaucoup plus petit. Je fais 1m70 et mes pieds dépassaient et heureusement que j étais seule à dormir dedans. La pression d eau des douches et de la baignoire quasi innéxistante.

Good location, but some things to take note
Positive: Great location Negative: Complicated check in process, more complex than hotels. They uses a digital lock, which means u need internet access to unlock. Out of a sudden the device went offline without reason and I was left worried. Soundproofing was bad, couldn’t sleep cause there’s just way too much noise from the traffic (police, ambulance and fire trucks) outside at night.

Positive: The apartment was wonderful. Really spacious with lots of room for a young family with 3 kids (5, 5 & 9). Very large bathroom upstairs, and modern second bathroom and kitchen. Negative: Cleaner was still in the property on arrival at 3 and remained there until linen arrived after 7pm that night, which was weird and strange. There were no towels or beds made until after 7pm that night. The sofa bed is NOT the bed in the property’s profile picture, it’s a small click clack bed that’s only suitable for a very young child. The only duvet for the sofa bed was so heavily stained we refused to use it. Alerted property management as soon as issues were noticed with little to no response back. Was told that someone would come into the apartment one day while we were out to sort issues but nobody came. No tea towels/dish cloths to dry dishes No cloths to wipe down benches/ table after use No hand wash in upstairs bathroom For the money paid these issues should not be issues

An enjoyable stay in an adequate apartment.
Positive: The apartment is spotlessly clean. It is in a very convenient location with 2 underground stations just a few meters away and within walking distance of many must see locations. Easily reached from Gatwick airport. Negative: The apartment needs some money spent on it. The taps are loose in both bathrooms, there is not enough crockery and drinking glasses for 4 people let alone the 6 it is advertised to accommodate. One of the handles on the chest of drawers in the downstairs bedroom needs to be fixed back on properly, the knob on the dimmer switch in the living room keeps falling off and only half of the toaster works. There were no tea towels provided.

Positive: Nothing, the apartment was not clean, had barely any kitchen facilities, not dish washing liquid, no tea towel’s, 3 bath towels for 4 people, coffee machine was broken, bathroom taps were broken. one tiny couch for 4 people. The company did not respond to any of our issues. was expensive and a complete waste of money. would never recommend this apartment. entry was through a dirty lane way. it ruined our stay in London. we were supposed to be re-I nursed the cleaning fee as the apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived, but 2 months later and many, many emails no result.Terrible. Positive: Location was great. Negative: The sleeper sofa was not as pictured. It was a small sofa, not the sectional shown, that folded down flat. It is for sleeping one person not two. The second night when we came back the radiator was on and the apartment was blazing hot. There was no working knob/valve to turn it off. We contacted them immediately. But of course with no solution. We ended up moving to the hotel around the corner due to the temperature in the apartment. They had fans but of course one was broken. We have requested a refund for the one night because the condition was unacceptable but it’s been denied and this is of course after finally one month of back and forth. And it was very dirty. The floors have not been properly cleaned in months! I would not recommend this place. The hotel around the corner is much better value for your money in my opinion!!!

Positive: Good location & clean Negative: The sofa bed was not as pictured and absolutely unsuitable for 2 grown adults resulting in 1 of our guests sleeping on the floor, also the taps did not work in the upstairs bathroom, a lot of money paid for security deposit when a few things were on the verge of breaking/already broken which made us very nervous, no tea towel/oven gloves/kitchen roll/washing sponges in kitchen which was not ideal at all. Extremely noisy as on main road! Not quiet or residential as advertised at all! Had to have windows open as was so hot but could not sleep due to noise of traffic and sirens! Alley behind apartment very dirty and smelt strongly of urine.

Positive: Good access to walk to central london Negative: Expensive, could be better sofa and seating, worst problem was taps in en suit sink which are seized and hardly turn on and off and therefore damaged. Left after 10 minutes - awful experience
Positive: NOTHING Negative: HOST COMMUNICATION: In advance of arriving, we asked to leave our luggage slightly later than check-out time as our flight out was late. We were told they would let us know closer to the time. We asked again the day before arrival and received no reply. ACCESS: Keys are electronic, requiring you to download an app and receive an email to receive the keys and to be online to use them. The hosts tell you that if you require physical keys you can ask. Because 2 of our 4 guests were not going to have any internet connection or receive emails we requested physical keys. Our request was ignored. The response was "We have emailed you your keys". Less than helpful. you receive 2 different keys, but there are 3 doors (one gate, one door to the building and one key to the apartment). There are zero instructions on which keys to use for which doors. I ended up having to phone customer service to gain access. POSITION: Don't be fooled by the name "Soho House". This apartment is nowhere near Soho. It is on Edgeware road; in an awful area. ACCESSIBILITY: The apartment has 3 very long, steep, narrow stairways to navigate (2 to access the apartment and 1 within). This is not mentioned anywhere in the property description. CLEANLINESS: Access via a dirty alleyway with rubbish piled high outside the gate. Walls of the apartment dirty one of two fans not working RESPONSIVENESS TO COMPLAINTS We stayed in the apartment for 10 minutes - after which we searched hotels in the area and booked in elsewhere. We let the property know immediately and their response was that they were sorry to hear that; what was the problem? and pls note it was non-refundable. We replied with the list of the issues and they responded to just one (the rubbish was the neighbour's and the council's responsibility to remove). They reiterated that it was non-refundable.

Positive: Good location to access London sites Negative: On arrival we had: 1. Issues accessing the property with the digital keys. The instructions weren’t clear enough and this method is not great if you don’t have roaming in your phone. It’s also unsafe in the side street at night for females if accessing the property is difficult. 2. Not enough towels on arrival for the number of guests 3. No kitchen towels 4. Not enough bed sheets for the number of guests. The table in the living room needs fixing as it’s leaning quite badly. Despite the above the lady who I spoke with was very good and attended to the issues raised.

숙소 위치는 아주 훌륭했습니다. 역에서 도보 5분거리이며, 주변에 M&S가 있어 장보기 편했습니다. 치안도 괜찮았습니다. 위치를 찾기 어렵다는 후기가 있었는데 생각보다 어렵지않았습니다. 문여는방법이 익숙치 않아 어려웠는데 호스트Manu가 끝까지 친절하게 알려주었습니다. 예약후 체크인까지도 상세하게 설명해줬고 궁금한 부분에 있어서 빠르게 답변해주었습니다. 체크인 이후에도 지내는데 괜찮은지 계속 체크해주었습니다. 이부분에 대해서는 별점 10점을 주고싶습니다. 계단을 두번 올라가야해서 짐을 옮기는데 힘들기는 했지만 런던에서 이만한 가격에 이런 숙박시설을 이용하는것에 만족했습니다. 사진과 똑같았고 수건도 충분하게 준비되어있었으며 난방을 조절할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 모든 식기와 냄비 등 요리에 필요한 것들은 모두 갖춰져 있었으며 화장실이 두개여서 편리했습니다. 다음번에도 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다:)

Great for a family stay in a great location for getting to city centre as well as close to airport!
Positive: Lots of stairs but the flipside of that is there is good separation as we were a family (Grandparents, daughter, son-in-law & 9 month old grandson) We were able to sleep well despite the baby keeping the kids up most of the night!! The two bedrooms were serviced by two bathrooms which allowed for us all to be organised quicker. The kitchen living area had a door so we could lock off the area to keep the baby away from the stairs. Negative: The online pics show a corner lounge and a red reading chair. The corner lounge is now a straight black leather type lounge so we did find seating was a bit too limited. I think an extra chair or small two seater would be appreciated by families.

Great communications with the hosts - clear instructions on how to access the unit and use the amenities. The location is also very good; close to the underground and grocery stores. Having the second bedroom on the second floor also provides some separation for guests. As others have noted, the entrance is down a bit of an alley - behind shops but it's easy to navigate once you find it.

Positive: Only positive to this apartment that it was close to Edgware Road Station. Negative: When we arrived at the property we had a party of 6 (which the property knew) when we pulled out the sofa bed the bed was broken and then when we went to look for bedding the bedding was dirty. Took photos of both broken sofa bed and dirty bedding and sent to the property, the property responded back quickly but it was only to address the dirty bedding not the broken sofa bed. To cut a long story short 2 of our guests slept on the floor. The property did email to say they could go and look at the sofa bed but there was not much point as we were only staying 2 x days and it could not be replaced in that time frame, beds should be checked or made up prior to guests arriving. Little things like no hand soap and taps were lose on the sinks. Would not recommend this property and especially for the cleaning bond you had to leave, big disappointment for us and really should be compensated.

Positive: Very good location. Across from Edgware Station with lines on Hammersmith, circle bakerloo. Apartment has everything needed, and space for a family. Positive: The apartment is complete. Fully functioning kitchen with combined washer and dryer. Upstairs large ensuite bedroom was a real hit for my daughter who turned 17 during our stay. Across the road is M and S with food and about 400 feet away a Tesco 24 hour. Very close to Edgeware Rd tube and Paddington Tube and overland very close too. Close enough for a walk to Hyde Park. Was clean and made the last 3 nights in London perfect. Negative: Not so much as what I did not like but more a warning for those expecting an elevator. There is one flight of widish stairs to the apartment. Once inside there is another to the lounge, kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom (with bath), main bedroom with ensuite is up another set of internal stairs. Having booked shortly before we walked into the property, it required my wife to call the host as ID had to be photographed and sent through booking.com and then a deposit for damage and the downloading of an app for use to get into the two doors, past the security gate. This took sometime as I phone reception was poor nearby.

Bonito y reformado apartamento y cómoda estancia
Positive: Todo el interior estaba reformado y parecía muy nuevo. Tanto el baño como las habitaciones y la cocina estaban de 10. El apartamento es bonito y por lo general cómodo. La calefacción funciona genial (lo cual ha sido bastante importante para nosotros). Hay cafetera, tostadora, frigorífico… La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido rápida y eficaz. Está cerca de Hyde Park (unos 12 minutos andando) y tiene un Starbucks justo debajo y un McDonald’s a unos 5 minutos. Negative: La llegada hasta él fue confusa para nosotros, tardamos en llegar y nos costó encontrar el portal y entrar. El callejón entre la verja por la que entras y el portal está muy descuidado, no hace justicia a lo bonito que es el interior del apartamento y da un poco de mal rollo. Nos encontramos gente durmiendo en la calle cerca y algunos borrachos, lo cual siendo chicas y llegando de noche nos dio un poco de inseguridad. El edredón del sofá cama estaba sucio y este (el sofá cama) no era muy cómodo.

Positive: very nicely decorated. good esthetics. price is quite reasonable. Negative: There’s a £250 deposit. A lot of things in the apartment are quite fragile and at the verge of breaking. examples: 1. most of the faucets are quite loose, the faucets upstairs of bathroom sink are extremely tight and non functional. 2. A couple o cabinets have broken hinges and are loose. 3. bar stools legs are extremely loose and when you sit on them feels like they will come apart any time. 4. the downstairs bathroom tub window pane that opens will sway right into the sink and break if you are not extremely careful ( quite a design error). even though the apartment looks nice from distance these things make the stay very stressful specially as there is a 250£ deposit on the line. Maintenance should be done properly if all faucets, cabinets, appliances and furniture. the design flaws (bathroom) should be taken care of to make it more safe and family friendly.

Great value considering size and location
Positive: Great location directly across the road from the Edgware underground station. The size of the apartment was a surprise for somewhere so central, bigger in person than from what you see in the pictures. Negative: Could not use the shower in the second bedroom bathroom as it leaked through the ceiling onto the floor of the hall, this seemed like an existing/reoccurring issue as there was clear staining from water damage on the ceiling & the floorboards beneath the ceiling where the leak was coming were lifting. Security deposit bit steep considering there doesn’t seem to be much maintenance to the apartment other than it being cleaned before someone else going into it (e.g. holes in walls, broken blinds etc). Not easy to get in contact w/ a rep over the phone and emailing back and forward wasn’t great either and when you did get a reply were at very unsociable hours.

Positive: Great house, very spacious and accommodating for 5 people [if one doesn’t mind sleeping on the pull out couch]. Equiped with everything you might need, all the appliances were updated and worked great. The owner of the place were also quick with their response to our questions/request; for example, upon arrival the fire alarm kept going off. The next day they sent a maintenance worker to fix this problem. Negative: As the apartment is located in the middle of Soho, the neighborhood is the furthest thing from quiet. The noise from the neighboring cafes, the 24//7 hustle and bustle but most importantly the traffic outside was so blaring that with the windows open it sometimes felt like you were in the middle of it all. One would think that closing the windows would do the trick, but unfortunately that didn’t help. Even with the windows closed you still have a front row seat to the noise. Another point of improvement was the availability for extra sheet. One of the beds is a pull out couch and when we wanted to use said couch, we couldn’t find any extra bedding for this bed. Though their reaction was swift when we pointed this out, we then received unclean sheets. We thankfully received clean ones the follwoing day. The location and it’s closeness to all our activity somewhat made up for the hickups we encountered.

Positive: Really spacious and well appointed maisonette in a great location for the museums, cafes & shopping. It was ideal for a family of four with comfy beds, big wardrobes and generous, clean, sleek bathrooms. The master bedroom is a standard double (not a king) but very comfortable. Not suitable for small children or anyone with mobility issues (lots of stairs). Negative: The communication before hand was very long-winded. I received multiple lengthy emails. The owners have an ID verification process (even though Booking.com have our details) and we had to pay a £250 damage deposit which has not been refunded quickly. You also need to download an App to access the key code which felt quite unnecessary and frustrating to do on the day of travel. The flat needs some DIY attention (wobbly kitchen tap and light fittings) which wasn't a big problem but makes you nervous when there is a damage deposit in place.

Positive: 这是一个双层flat，一厅一厨两室两卫，双人床、大沙发，可住4-6人。另外，厨房里的用具一应俱全，盘子、杯子、刀叉都是5套，咖啡机、烧水壶一应俱全，可以满足所有生活需求。伦敦很多饭店还要在外面吃饭，风雨交加很不方便，所以我们在家做饭，连开了四晚红酒局、火锅局，巨开心！全部是宜家风格，拍照也好看；卫生间都是淋浴🚿+浴缸🛁，房间也很干净，处女座本人没有挑到什么毛病。地理位置来说，在海德公园附近，离市中心有点距离，所以开始的几天我们四个打车花了很多钱。但是其实flat附近有地铁站（Edgware Road），也有很多公交车站，想坐公共交通还是很方便的。值得一提的是，flat楼下就是Marks & Spencer，附近也有Tesco和小超市，买东西很方便。哦哦对了！这个flat离贝克街特别近！有一天晚上我下楼消食逛到了贝克街221B逛逛，福尔摩斯迷们冲！ Negative: 整个住宿过程中，前期客服会收集护照、个人照片的信息，后面就会给发确认信，告知进入公寓的方式（大门密码和房门电子密码获取方式），入住过程中无前台，找钥匙过程有点麻烦，要先有一道大门密码锁，后面要在门口找到楼下钥匙，然后再进门还有一道手机电子锁，有一点点麻烦，但是可以接受，毕竟也是为了安全。

When we got there, it was broken and there were no bed sheets for it. Also, we only got 4 towels. We contacted the hosts and they said they would give us extra towels and bed linen, and a solution for the broken sofa bed and they never did. Very disappointed.

Positive: Great location as in cental so you can actually walk everywhere. Nice property with comfortable beds . Felt very safe , we had a job figuring out the keyless entry so there's no way any outsiders would manage ! Negative: The property could have been a bit cleaner , the floors were quite dusty. This can't be helped but I'm used to living in the county so I struggled to sleep as you can hear noise all night as its located by a busy road

Fab apartment swish roomy and comfortable, the hosts let us down!
Positive: The Apartment was fabulous, the key system was not the easist to use, ince we got the hand of it we felt secure, however when the landlord agent and British Gas entered our apartment on day 2 it made us very very inscure.....it was really disconcerting! Negative: The Key system could have been explained better, the landlord had a gas safe check fair enough but we had no warning and they entered the apartment when we were asleep...was awful! I tried to get the hosts on the telephone but they would only send messages and then to apologise they left us a bottle of prosecco??? We didnt feel like celebrating we lost 2 hours of our morning as we couldnt get into the bedroom where they were working and we all felt a bit concerened....it spoilt our stay to be honest...after such a great apartment this was definitely a shame but runined our break. BTW the hosts called us on the morning of the gas to remind us it was going to take place, but we had not been pre advised and were asleep!

Positive: Good location to access London's attractions. Very close to tube and buses right outside. Clean, well presented apartment. Negative: Lots of noise at night from sirens and voices ourside. Only one 2 seater sofa and a separate chair so we couldn't all lounge after a busy day. Worst they arranged a gas check at 8am during our stay and we had to get up and wake my sleeping daughter. This was a routine scheduled visit not an emergency. We asked them to reschedule and they refused.

Positive: The property was very comfortable and we felt at home. The flat is renovated and home decor was tasteful and modern and all necessary appliances etc were available. The location was convenient being across the road from underground and walking distance from Marble Arch and main shopping area. Many good supermarkets within short walking distance. Negative: The only not so nice thing was the alleyway entry to the building which was a bit smelly but that was quickly forgotten upon entry to the apartment.

Positive: The property is in an excellent location close by to the station which makes it very easy to get around London. The apartment also has a nice modern feel to it with a good communal area. Negative: Duvet, bed sheets and pillows for the sofa bed were quite hard to find. Other than that, there’s nothing bad to say.

Positive: The accommodation was good with modern decor throughout. Negative: Parking was advertised on the property page on bookings.com but later found out (in the confirmation email) that the property itself had no parking but was at the host’s other properties at an 8 min walk (if reserved and not used by other residents).

I really liked the location, since it's in walking distance from Hyde Park and Oxford st, and nearest tube station is like 2 mins walk from the house. There are quite a few places to go out in the evening for the drink nearby. The place is very clean and comfortable, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, perfect for two people or two couples (beds are quite large). Flat is equipped with everything you'd need in your own home on a daily basis. I would definitely enjoy coming back here.
