The home has been recently redecorated in a contemporary and homey style that works well with the open architecture of the house. All the beds have comfortable mattresses and each bed can sleep two guests. The 3 bedrooms come with double beds, comfortably sleeping 6. All bedrooms have beautiful large windows. The large and bright kitchen is fully equipped and offers a great space for communal cooking and gathering. It opens up to to the homes modern dining room as well as the living room area. The entire open living area offers a great place to spend time with your family or friends. The living room has a large sofa, and a big ottoman and a mounted TV, perfect for cosy evenings. It also features several bottom-length and windows in the ceiling which make sure the living area is supplied with a lot of light. There are 3 bathrooms with 2 en suite for guests added convenience. It’s also equipped with high-speed WiFi and plenty of space to get work done should you need it. There are parking spaces close by should you need to park your car.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home is located in a beautiful neighbourhood in Bath close to the River Avon and is walking distance from many of the town's attractions such as the Roman Baths, the Jane Austen Centre, the Abby, and the Victoria Art Gallery. The area around the house has a lot of cute local shops, culture and many great restaurants and coffee shops. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and has a lot of green spaces and parks.
The home profits from being in such a great location. Since you’re so close to the river and other attractions, this place is perfect for someone who wants to explore beautiful Bath by foot. The surrounding areas are easy to get to and around. There are affordable Taxis and Uber as well as public transport available should you not want to walk.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
