    Positive: le calme du quartier la propreté du logement la bonne luminosité de la pièce principale très bonne connexion internet cuisine bien équipée chambres confortables proximité commerces et transports équipements suffisants et complets Negative: mettre à disposition des torchons pour la vaisselle mettre à disposition un balai renforcer l'isolation de la porte d'entrée pas d'eau chaude et pas de chauffage le dernier soir et dernière mâtiné (panne de la chaudière)

  2. Great Apartment in London

    Positive: Overall, we had a great stay at this apartment. It was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. We were three people staying in the apartment, and we found it to be plenty of space. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for us. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the smaller bedroom has a semi-double bed. The apartment was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location of the apartment was also great. It is located just a short walk from the metro station, which made it easy to get around the city. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. We were able to pick up and drop off the keys at a nearby mini-market, which was very convenient. The property managers were also very responsive to our emails. They were always quick to answer our questions and help us with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in London. Negative: The only issue we had was that the property managers were a bit slow to return our security deposit. We had to remind them about it, but they processed the refund immediately once we did. However, this was a minor inconvenience and overall we were very happy with our stay.

    Albert and Jane are very experienced hosts and have made accessing the flat very straightforward. The transit links are fantastic for getting anywhere in London and it’s a very safe, clean and pretty part of London. The only thing (and it’s small) is that when you pick up the key, the entrance is on the other side of the building, not the entrance you walk by to get the key. I was tired with luggage and missed that; so while it’s obvious afterwards, would be a good heads up. Everything is clean and comfortable and for 3-4 people very well priced for London.

    Positive: Sehr gute Lage. U-Bahn und Bus-Station direkt vor der Haustüre. In der Innenstadt in 20-30 min. Großzügige Wohnung, schöner Ausblick, ruhig bei geschlossenen Fenstern obwohl direkt vor dem Haus eine Straße vorbeiführt. Negative: Die Wohnung gehört instandgesetzt. Die Duscharmaturen beider Bäder sind undicht, Türen gehören nachgestellt, die Küche gehört hergerichtet, eine Balkontür ließ sich nicht versperren, oberer Geschirrspülerkorb defekt (fällt heraus), keine Geschirrhandtücher vor Ort, etwas dürftige Küchenausstattung.

    The location is away from central London but a very easy and quick tube ride away. There is plenty to do in the area w shopping and cafes. Great price! The space is roomy and clean, just a few things seemed a bit neglected. But nothing to impact our stay in a major way. The place is for sale so they probably aren’t wanting to put any money into it. Kimberly was great responding when we had questions or concern. She was also very friendly.

  10. A Nightmare Stay with Stay Beyond at Nine Elms Arms

    Positive: I recently booked a stay at the Nine Elms Arms through Stay Beyond and, while the location and cleanliness of the apartment were commendable, my overall experience with Stay Beyond was nothing short of a nightmare. Let's start with the positives. The location of the Nine Elms Arms was excellent, right opposite the Battersea Power Station tube station. The apartment was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable space to return to after a day of exploring the city. However, any positive impression was swiftly overshadowed by the chaotic mismanagement of Stay Beyond. Negative: Prior to my arrival, I received an email stating that the flat had been put up for sale, and there would be apartment viewings throughout my stay. This critical information was not clearly communicated during the booking process and felt deliberately hidden in the fine print. Had I known, I would have never chosen this accommodation. The real trouble began when I tried to address the issue with Stay Beyond. I explained that my mother, who was traveling with me, recently had a stroke and required undisturbed naps throughout the day. I was told that viewings would only take place between 10 am to 4 pm, but this was far from the truth. Upon arrival, we found ourselves without a key at 3 pm, as the cleaner still had it and was cleaning the flat. We faced two viewings on Friday, one at 12:30 pm and another at 5:30 pm, despite being assured that viewings would only occur between 10 am and 4 pm. We were required to vacate pre-10am for cleaning. This disrupted our entire day, and it was stressful to constantly vacate our flat to accommodate these viewings. The lack of proper communication and organization reached a peak on Saturday evening. We were required to hand in our ONE and ONLY key to reception to allow for the viewings that day. When we arrived back, there was nobody at reception and we had to wait over an hour, preventing my mother from accessing the apartment and toilet which was desperately needed during this time. The emergency phone number proved useless, adding to the frustration. Furthermore, basic amenities were lacking, with no soap in any of the bathrooms. This oversight is inexcusable and reflects the overall lack of attention to detail by Stay Beyond. In conclusion, the positives of the Nine Elms Arms were overshadowed by the shambolic management of Stay Beyond. The constant disruptions, miscommunication, and lack of basic amenities made our stay stressful and far from enjoyable. I would strongly advise against booking through Stay Beyond.

Chegamos tarde da noite, leve isto em conta. Apesar disso não tivemos maiores problemas para entrar no apartamento. - Recebemos instruções de que o lixo poderia ser retirado na quarta feira, o dia que cheguei. Fui embora no sábado, e o lixo acumulado estava transbordando as lixeiras. Gostaria de poder tirar mais vezes, uma vez por semana é pouquissimo tempo. - A região é muito bem servida de transportes públicos. Há ônibus, metros e trens nas redondezas, e mesmo tendo que trocar de linha, é muito rápido chegar nas regiões turísticas de Londres. - O apartamento é ótimo e muito bem estruturado. Há boas panelas, louça, utensílios. Tudo que você precisa tem no apartamento.

    Positive: L'emplacement, au pied du métro de Battersea Power Station, qui permet d'être en 15 minutes directement au coeur de Londres. La taille de l'appartement et sa clarté. Les baies vitrées . 1 salle de bains avec baignoire et 1 salle d'eau. Matériel de cuisine et équipements très bien. La vue sur la centrale électrique. Les commerces à coté. Bon rapport qualité -prix. Design Negative: Il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement bien que les thermostats des radiateurs étaient tous à l'arrêt. On aérait en rentrant de notre journée d'excursion à Londres.

    Positive: Great location, nice and spacious apartment. Very good for our purposes. Negative: As the apartment is on sale, there where quite a lot of viewings which is understandable. However, the communication was in short notice and mixed. For example, there was a viewing on a Saturday evening, even the Terms & Conditions said that there are no viewing after 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The apartment was a bit worn out on bathrooms and kitchen.

    Gaby’s place is centrally located which made it easy to get around. Check in was pretty smooth except that the flat wasn’t ready even though we arrived three hours after the 3:00pm check-in time. It also would have been nice if we didn’t have to make the beds ourselves and for Gaby to provide us with toilet paper. Other than that, the flat is nice and has a great view of the nearby power plant.

    The place was in a super good location and also the apartment was the very neat and nice … we had issues with the plugs in the apartment ..they were not working and nothing works ..we had to travel to town to charge both laptop and phones to be able to use it which was very disturbing for me and my work .. also something you should know is that the property is own by a company so communication is very long and very bad.. it’s not easy to reach them and it takes hours to a day to hear from them

    I was so lucky to find this apartment as we stay there for one week me and my family the host was so helpful and the apartment is same as pictures. Check in & check out process was so easy. The location was perfect the power station just across the street less than 2 minutes and bus stop is one step from the building there was a concierge desk with a security door which was great👍🏻. Thank you all for the hospitality and good communication.

    This stay could have been great if not for extremely poor communication and lack of care for the quality of my stay (1 month). This house is for sale, and whilst I accommodated all of the last minute showings, the owner is clearly not incentivised to ensure I had a positive experience. The smoke alarm was beeping incessantly when I arrived so I had to take it out, it was not rectified for the entirety of my stay. The kitchen does not have so much as a frying pan. When I raised these things, I was repeatedly told “we’re looking into it” and then nothing happened. This was every few days for the entirety of my 1 month stay. Aside from the above, I didn’t complain about the following but there was musky smell in the apartment and the main bed was extremely uncomfortable. On one occasion, the pre-showing cleaners showed up 30 min early and let themselves in while I was in the shower. I ended up leaving a week earlier and staying elsewhere and was obviously refused a refund for the balance of the stay. Very disappointing - wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than 2-3 days.
