  2. Felt very comfortable!

    Positive: Great location, very well connected and the facilities are great. Negative: The cleanliness could be better. One thing we observed was the entrance door to the building was always open, and our door had a little hole because the lock was missing. Adding one could amend the gap and increase the security, but this was a minor issue, as this neighborhood is rather secure.

  6. Enjoyable Stay, Nice Cosy Apartment and Great location

    Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at the The Kensington And Chelsea Classic Apartment. It was warm, cosy and clean. Had most of the essentials we needed. We liked how it was just a short 2 minute walk to Earls Court main street and train station. Negative: We were required to pay a damage deposit of £300 before they would send us the address. This is the first time I've ever had to pay a damage desposit when booking an apartment or hotel, but then again it's been over 4 years since I booked an apartment in London. Guess the rules have changed? Just one last thing, upon entering the apartment building. throughout the duration of our stay, there was a very strong smell of cannabis in the stairway leading up to the apartment. The building manager should do something about that.

  8. Cozy apartment but horrible company manage the booking, stay away! Its like you will rent a mansion and you they didn’t

    Positive: Cozy small apartment in good and central area! Negative: The company that managed the booking was horrible! Gave me headaches from day 1 so I would recommend everyone to not book it. Everything was just for their win. They want you to send pictures of yourself and describe your trip. They have rules like make you feel stressed from beginning and the disappointment arriving to the apartment with no door lights, dirty stairs and no elevator information and the top on that - they didn’t put on the heat, Imagine arriving with 3 small kids a late cold evening in November and they didn’t even checked the heat for us. It took them 2 days later to arrive to fix this. When I asked for a compensation that offered me 25% of one night! Just horrible experience and as a Travelagent myself with two houses I renting out in airbnb I never experienced such a bad customer service!

    Positive: La ubicación. Te contestan rápido si les consultas. Negative: El piso tiene alguna reforma y estaba bastante limpio, pero las escaleras del edificio, con moqueta, estaban muy muy sucias. Antes de llegar tuve un problema de phishing, supongo que porque les habían robado las credenciales de la cuenta de booking. Me solicitaban los datos de la tarjeta desde el chat de Booking. Tuvimos un problema con la cocina, no funcionaban los fuegos, y no nos entendimos para que vinieran a arreglarla. Nos fuimos de allí sin poder usarla.

  12. disappointing but adequate

    Positive: great location in earls court, near the tube and busses street was nice and safe quiet area good shops and food nearby size was good reasonably clean inside good facilities including washing machine, nice kitchen Negative: entry was horribly dirty. 4 flights of stairs with no lift- we were ok, but would be good to know about this before. not a luxury apartment. lots of damaged or broken bits such as shower, door stop, window runners I really didnt like the way the booking was finalised and run. We were expected to send copies of passports and documents while traveling in Europe, and faced threats of fines and garantees if strict rules were not met. would not book with these agents again

  13. Highly recommend to have more space than a hotel and have a safe and convenient location.

    Positive: Excellent location for exploring London and many restaurants within walking distance. Negative: Heat was not turned on, but luckily it was not that cold yet.

    The location is okay, property is at 3rd floor with narrow stairs (not suitable if you bring big luggages) , bad experience for me as there are house viewing for 3 out of 5 days im there. The cleaner will come at the property to do some cleaning but they will TOUCH your belongings and keep your item elsewhere. I lost my drone batteries and some other stuffs as the cleaner moved it (realised it when i want to use my drone @ bath). No privacy for me.

  17. Ordentliche und saubere Wohnung in guter Lage - glamourös ist vielleicht etwas übertrieben

    Positive: Die Lage ist hervorragend. Picadilly Line Earl Court Station ist 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt. An der Ecke zudem ein Supermarkt, bei em man alles notwendige kaufen kann. Viele Restaurants direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern für uns als Familie perfekt. Verwaltung hat zumindest versucht, unsere Anliegen (WLAN) zu lösen. Negative: Warmwasser und Heizung haben nicht funktioniert (wurde allerdings innerhalb von 24 Std. repariert). Es gibt KEIN WLAN/Internet; ebenso ist der Fernseher nicht angeschlossen. Beides wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gelöst. Unmittelbar vor Anreise mussten wir mehrere Mal per E-Mail etwas zu uns, unserem Hintergrund sowie Plänen für London schreiben - und dann auch noch mal einen Tag vor Anreise per Video selber aufnehmen und an die Verwaltung schicken. Das ist zugegeben sehr lästig und aufwändig. Man hatte das Gefühl, wir wollten uns im Buckingham Palace einmieten. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und dekoriert aber NICHT kernsaniert. So sind z.B. teilweise die Öffnungsmechanismen der Fenster teilweise kaputt und die Fenster lassen sich nur schwierig bzw. gar nicht öffnen. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass Lärm in der Wohnung unbedingt zu vermeiden sind. Allerdings befindet sich im Haus nebenan eine Hostel und der Bewohner ein Stockwerk höher kam immer Abend gegen Mitternacht nach Hause und war nicht unbedingt leise.
