A very disappointing stay in what could be an otherwise pleasant home, if only it wasn't so filthy.
Positive: The location of the house was in central Fulham which is accessible to everything, transport, shops, pubs, eateries, and the river Thames is minutes away. We were visiting our son (we live in South Africa) who lives close by so this trip was special to us. Fulham is a nice suburb and a good base to explore London. We like to set up 'home from home,' a place where we can enjoy home cooked, healthy meals with our children. It's a pity that the cleanliness of this home seriously impacted our time with our son. I hope that the owners learn from this and clean up this otherwise pleasant home, these are all things they can put right. Negative: We were very disappointed with this home. We cancelled a previous booking in favour of this one as it had been renovated to be sold and it looked fabulous. The home itself was attractive, & if it had been properly cared for, it could have been a nice stay. On arrival, the home was very, very dirty. There were stains on the sofa, so we sat on towels. I took dinner plates out of the cupboard & water sloshed off them onto me & the floor. There was dried food on just about every piece of cutlery, & almost every item we used, so everything had to be washed before use. The toilet seat was horrendous! It was broken, so swung to the side when sat on, impossible!! It was so stained, grimy and disgusting, I can't imagine when it was last cleaned. The grime around the taps and the shower was also disgusting. I had to clean all of this before we could use it, some holiday.... The floors in the one bedroom were dirty & not all the bedside lamps worked: velcro tangled with hair under the one edge of the bed. The garden would have been very pleasant if it hadn't been so overgrown with weeds (that had grown to plant size!) We couldn't find a clothes rack & eventually found it in the garden. The tiny front garden was also overgrown & the 'for sale' sign just lying flat across the mess. The keys had to be collected from, & returned to, a convenience store +/- 1.5km away which was less than ideal. Perhaps that was on us as we only arrived at 8pm. I photographed & reported the issues on arrival. A very nice man arrived on day 4 to attend to the complaints, the day before we checked out. Insult to injury: the long of requirements from us, (copies of each of our passports, along with a photo of each of us holding said passport/ID; a hefty deposit with a long list of ways we could lose said deposit.) The list/contract was extensive & then we arrive to a dirty, ill prepared home. Ironic breach of contract?

Positive: Jedynym plusem jest lokalizacja Negative: Wszystkie negatywne spostrzeżenia innych wynajmujących okazały się problemem. Firma nie dokonuje żadnych zmian w celu ulepszenia obslugi. Klucze odbiera się dość daleko od mieszkania. Nam z uwagi na późny przylot pozwolono odtworzyć kluczami znajdującymi się w skrzynce przy mieszkaniu. Dodam, że w nocy przy braku oświetlenia trudno było ją znaleźć a jeszcze trudniej otworzyć drzwi. Klucze nie pasowały do drzwi. Trudno było je otworzyć. Kazano nam i tak odebrać klucze ze sklepu gdzie były zdefiniowane. Kod wygasl więc byliśmy tam 2 razy. Wi-Fi jest tylko w jednym pomieszczeniu. Ogródek jest zaniedbany a meble nie nadają się do uzytkowania. Nie pozostawiono nawet jednej kapsułki do zmywarki ani gąbki di zmywania. A odzyskanie kaucji za wynajem mieszkania odbyło się po upomnieniach 18 dni po wyjeździe . Pracownicy firmy odpowiadają na maile szybko ale nic z tych odpowiedzi nie wynika. Nie polecam za tą cenę można wynająć mieszkanie bez takich problemów.

Positive: Quiet and near to office location - Fulham Palace. Negative: Washing machine needs servicing, some of our clothes where ruined because they were covered in gel-like substance in the machine. The wifi was very bad, often no connection. I had problems using it for work.

Het is een comfortabel appartement, met een ruime keuken en goede badkamer. Prima geschikt voor 4 personen. Bushalte is vlak om de hoek, waardoor je in no time bij het metrostation bent. En leuke supermarkten en cafes binnen loopafstand. Onze eerste ervaring was echter slecht. Je moet de sleutel afhalen of 8 min lopen. De sleutelbos bevat 9 sleutels, waarvan de meeste in het voordeurslot passen. Maar ook de juiste sleutels draaien pas na zo’n 5 minuten hannessen om. Dit was bij aankomst echt een grote domper; we waren serieus bang dat we een andere accommodatie moesten zoeken. De sleutels zijn gewoon erg slechte kopieën. Het was elke keer weer de vraag of het zou lukken binnen te komen.

Positive: Lage gut, Ausstattung gut, insgesamt aber einige Unannehmlichkeiten, Schlüsselabholung war der Horror, total kompliziert und unbequem, Nachbarn erzählten, das würden sie immer wieder erleben, wenn Gäste kommen. Insgesamt finde ich die Unterkunft viel zu teuer, das mag an the UK liegen, in Kroatien bezahle ich für Vergleichbares in der Hochsaison doppelt so wenig. Wenn man abends ankommt und dann erst insgesamt etwa 2 Meilen Fussweg absolvieren muss, um an den Schlüssel zu kommen, finde ich das für den Preis, den ich für die Unterkunft bezahle, eine total Zumutung. Komfortabler Preis für diesen Umstand! Eine Nachttischlampe hat nicht funktioniert, W-LAN war relativ schlecht. Es war kalt und die Wohnung relativ schlecht zu heizen. Den Kontakt mit StayBeyond fand ich ebenso kompliziert und unangenehm. Ich finde auch komisch, dass ich ein Deposit bezahlen muss - ohne das sind wir nicht in die Wohnung gekommen - ohne persönliche Übergabe. Dann kann man mir ja im Nachhinein viel unterstellen, um mir die Kaution evtl. nicht wieder zu geben. Ich glaube, das wird nicht passieren, aber es ist ein unangenehmes Gefühl. Eigentlich hätte ich sämtliche Mängel der Wohnung bei Ankunft fotografieren müssen, habe ich nicht, schließlich war ich aus Urlaubsgründen dort und nicht, weil ich mich mit Ärger beschäftigen wollte. Einen Mangel habe ich fotografiert und Staybeyond Direkt geschickt. Ich werde künftig allerdings einen Bogen um dieses ganze Fulham Bothole-STAYBEYOND-Booking-Konzept machen. STAYAWAY heißt dann die Devise eher ... Negative: siehe oben

Nice apartment but awful management of property.
Positive: The apartment is well located in a quiet residential area, a 20 minutes bus ride to the city centre. Beds are comfortable, clean spaces. Nice kitchen. But no access to the garden, because keys don't work. Negative: The check-in and check-out were awful and unfortunately because of that I won't return to that place. At check-in the code send to me was wrong. I had to waste my holiday time on the phone to get a new one to give the shop so they would give me the keys to the apartment. When I finally got the keys. They didn't work ! The check-out was much more awful. The instructions were to give back the keys to the shop but the shop was closed. And the lady on the phone from the renting company was not nice at all and not helpful. I was asked to go back to the apartment and hide the keys which I couldn't. And I almost missed my train. Awful service.
