After being assured of "24/7" support as they wrote, we arrived at the AirBnB with the fridge not working - turns out the entire kitchen kept on losing power - I woke up on our first morning there on Saturday with the fridge with no power again, and our milk, meat and food all warm - I sent them a message where our communication was, where they assured "24/7" support, and they didn't respond until 48 hours later, on Monday. Worst AirBnB experience I've had. When I asked them for a partial refund, they tried to push the blame on their contractor who's availability they said they waited on, but that's an awful excuse as the fridge wasn't working upon arrival and they didn't respond for 48 hours. Refusing to take responsibility for it and trying to put the blame on another was downright unacceptable. I'm still, unsurprisingly, waiting to hear back on a partial refund. With all that being said, the area Bourton-on-the-water is a truly beautiful village, just stay at a different AirBnB.

Do not rent from this host. They are not a host they are a faceless agency with a call centre and a penchant for stock “we will get our local team to help” when there is no local team and no help given. We went our entire stay with water damaging the living room ceiling no hot water and no heating. But the “local team was looking into it”. Then after Airbnb forced a standard 30% refund under their cover tried to pass it off as their gesture. Liars, and awful hosting. Avoid this host. If this was a holiday and not for work it would have been ruined.
